1.) Guardrail Installer: CWS installs highway guardrail and bridge rail throughout the State of NH. The installer position is a laboring position. Employees are responsible for handling and installing all of the materials for the installation. The ability to lift 100 lbs., stay on your feet all day, and able to follow instructions and adapt to constantly changing situations in a fast paced environment. Duties include but are not limited to, loading and unloading materials on a flat bed truck and/or trailer by hand, digging holes, using power tools, etc. The position is M-F occasional Saturdays may be required to make up for lost time or a heavy work load, night work may also be required 40-60 hours per week rain or shine. Seasonal position April through December or until ground freezes.

2.) Guardrail Post Pounder Operator: We are currently seeking experienced guardrail pounder operators. Applicants should have a current CDL A or B license and medical card, 3-5 years experience operating a drop hammer or vibratory post pounder. Excellent wage/benefit package, possible relocation and/or sign on bonus. Refer to installer description for hours required.

3.) CDL A and B Drivers: We are seeking experienced commercial drivers to drive our guardrail supply and removal vehicles. This is a working driver position; drivers are required to work along side the installation crew and keep the truck moving and organized throughout the day. The ability to lift 100 lbs. and adapt to a frequently changing and fast paced work environment is desired. Refer to installer description for hours required.
